We had booked out the whole place for a week long celebration. The entire team took great care to ensure we had everything we needed from the moment we checked in until we checked out. The food at this place was TERRIFIC! Everything we ordered was delicious. Excellent cocktails as well! Cottages are spacious and minimalist - which is perfect. Thank you, team Buena Vida, for taking such good care of us. We could not have made a better choice!

The location is great just on the beach. Rooms although wooden cottages are also very clean with spotless white towels and bed sheets. We had two Non Veg dinners at Buena Vida both were very good. If you inform them a day in advance of what fish you need they make sure to buy fresh and the cook even is ready to meet you to understand your specific requirements. Break fast is also excellent. We had a great holiday. Thanks to all who work at Buena Vida who are all very polite and go out of their way to make your holiday GREAT.

Had a wonderful time at Buena Vida, it’s a perfect sea front location, amazing service and very accommodating staff. The rooms are clean and have a great view of the ocean. Breakfast spread was very elaborate with around 7-8 different options and food was delicious. Also loved the chicken manchow soup and Hakka noodles. Highly recommended staying at this resort!

Late review: We visited in 2021 and this place is epic!!!!! The fact that you get out of the room and you are bang on the beach, is just amazing. We visited in the off season, but it's the best untouched bit of goa. The food and hospitality is also great! Thanks Beuna Vida for some great memories!

We stayed at Buena Vida for 2 nights. Go for this option only if you get rooms at 8k per night. Avoid breakfast for sure.We payed more than double (18,880) per night and you can definitely get much better option for this range. Try La Cabana in Ashwem. At the same price this is much better.There is nothing to complain when it comes to room. Though the size is quite small ,it's bang on the beach,thoughtfully laid out with backdoor entrance allowing direct bathroom access. geyser size is decent. AC works which is much needed in Goa even during December The restaurant staff is untrained. If you ask for an egg item for breakfast you have to tell them that you need a toast :) they will then ask how much. Then the toast doesn't come with butter. So you again ask for butter. To which the question is 'kitna lau' ! The service is super slow. Breakfast doesn't start before 9.30 am. However the preparation was good So overall this would be definitely worth 8k but not certainly 19k!

Critical masterpiece

It was a pleasant stay for us. However, I have few issues. 1. The biggest minus which I felt very uncomfortable is , there is a drainage immediately outside the resort in the way to the beach. It is very uncomfortable to step in the stagnet water with full of flies and sometimes stinking too. You guys should see a permanent solution or atleast a temporary solution of maintaining some sort of stones or a carpet. 2. The second problem I faced is , there is no hot water in Jacuzzi. I was actually excited when I came to know there is a Jacuzzi available, but you guys should provide hot water in it, which is bare minimum. 3. The last thing is not actually a big problem, but a suggestion from our end is, I think you should plan renovation activities by giving a break to the bookings and stay. Not advisable to do all those things when guests are available. Felt disturbing with lot of sounds and shaking when the work is going on the top of our wooden hut. I would rate this on top if not for these 3 points.

If you are looking for a peaceful family time at a serene beach, this is the place to go. And then there is this resort manager, Ali, whose family like welcoming attitude and service will double the delight. Kudos and thanks to the management and Ali, especially.

Excellent location, peaceful beach. Our stay was right on the beach and the property is fabulous. Limited cottages keeps this place peaceful. Lovely staff everyone took care of everything that we asked for. Rooms were very cozy and great design. Bathrooms are cute too Some issue with the drainage water took little longer to get drained. But overall worth it 🥰 Might visit again soon
